Complete Pre-survey and permission form

If you have not yet done so, before creating any games PLEASE fill out the online permission form and pre-survey! Both of these documents are easy to fill out and are completed 100% online. There are no papers to turn in. To complete the survey and permission form just click on the "HELP" tab, then click on "Online Permission Form" and "Pre-survey". Use of the AgentCubes Online software is FREE becasue our students participate in the research program through the University of Colorado. Please help out by completing these. Thanks!
